| FAA to Consider Changing Flight Plans for Executive Airport |

The airport is considering two options: expanding the time for the I-95 turn from
8 p.m. to 8 a.m., or a requiring the turn 24 hours a day. The airport is also
considering requiring the jets to use SID, which is an instrument that would
automatically direct the plane to make the I-95 turn. This will be more accurate
because the pilots currently make the turn themselves without the SID
equipment.
We ask that you send a comment to the airport consultant requesting that they
implement a 24-hour turn at I-95 with SID for both jets and airplanes. These
comments will be forwarded to the FAA as part of the consultant’s report.
Simply send the consultant the following statement: I am a resident of Oakland
Park and live in the North Andrews Neighborhood. The residents of North
Andrews would like all aircraft coming and going to the airport to be
required to use the I-95 turn with SID to eliminate noise pollution and
address safety issues.
