Oakland Park. These hotels have a history of crime problems and they do
not have the necessary safeguards that other hotels have. It is also not the
type of project that will encourage the positive redevelopment of a corridor
that is a gateway to North Andrews.
The residents and neighborhoods are holding a rally about the
project on Valentine's Day, this Saturday. It is scheduled from 11 am
until 1 pm, on the corner of Powerline and 38th Street. The Board
neighborhoods and all of the residents of Oakland Park.
